What is a good choice for Subway besides the salad and the veggie sub? How would you count it? Having this for dinner tonight.

The 6" subs (turkey, chicken breast, turkey and ham, ham or roast beef) are 1P and 2S. I don't have my book with me, but I think those are the ones listed in the book.

My COD told me to throw away the top of the roll. Boo, that's the best part!

I love the wraps there (count as 2S for the tortilla). What's nice is that you can get spinach instead of lettuce on all their stuff and it's so much more filling. I had a chx and spinach (plus other veggies) the last time I was there-and the ff and lowfat dressings are quite tasty.

I ended up getting the ham on the tortilla and I counted it as 1P,2S,1V, 2C (for the FF honey mustard I am sure she added 2 tbs.) I bought one for lunch today also. It is good.
