tukey zucchinini bake
cooked turkey breasts chunked
3 or 4 zucchini thinly sliced
mozzarella or other light cheese
heat oven to 350. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Put tukey and zucchini in pan and stir to mix them. cover with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and zuchinni is soft.
When I made this I picked up a Turkey breast already cooked from the store. Probably had extra sodium. My DH really liked it though.
