Default You on a diet! The new book.
I posted about this under the Oprah diets. I just wanted to share with others the new book You on a diet. Oprahs show covered this yesterday and tonight at 10 pm Discovery Health is having a show.Both tv sites on the web has information as does www.youonadiet.com Kathy

Thanks! DARNIT! I missed Oprah I'm glad to know about the show on Discovery Health tonight, I'll watch it My copy of the book arrived today and I can't wait to read it this weekend.

I had missed Oprah on Thursday...but will watch it tonight. This is something great and am planning on getting his book! Can't wait!! Thanks for the reminder!!
