Hi everyone I am new to this forum. I was on LA Weight Loss last year for several months. I was unable to afford to continue with the program for financial reason and had to drop out. I was still using my green booklet to assist me in making good food decisions when I go out to eat. During the past few week I have misplaced my booklet. Does anyone hear know a way I can get a hold of a new booklet? As I said before it was a green one.

Maybe try e-bay? Not many people are put on green, so it's not an easy book to come by.

They gave me a green diary book because they were out of gold ones. 2P2V2F2SDFa2lites. I am pretty sure that the food serving sizes are the same as gold. So one less veggie and one less fruit than gold.
