L - (corporate teambuilding outing to play lasertag!) 3 small slices veggie pizza (not the crusty ends), salad with balsamic dressing, 4 small "rainbow" cookies (obviously not a whole foods lunch - but I did WAY better than I would have in my old way of eating)
S- turkey & whole cranberry sauce on whole wheat (mayo)
D- a few bites of ground turkey, diced tomatoes, whole-grain & fortified pasta
