At what point in your weight loss do you feel your clothes are looser? I have just began the program and so far have lost 7lbs but I feel it in my pants but perhaps it is just my mind playing tricks on me! How many pounds before someone else notices? 30lbs??

Just a question for some of you that have been on the program for longer than I...

I've lost 7 lbs too, and I can feel it in my pants fitting better also, so I hope it's not your mind playing tricks!

When I was on the LAWL last time (lost 30lbs, found 20 of them since) people started noticing when I hit 15-20 lbs! That was nice, but the cat was out of the bag. (My MIL noticed first, and she is quite melodramatic - led to an over the top conversation.) It really feels good when people start to notice - it is validation of what you have already started to believe...
