I am at my all time high of 190 lbs. I just got married back in May and have managed to gain 10 lbs since then. I have joined WW online AGAIN and if I don't succeed I will try meetings. I SHOULD succeed... I KNOW it will work if I stick to it... but WHY don't I stick to it? The only time I have ever lost weight was when I did it to lose weight period, not to lose weight for an event. Because usually when I do that I really fall off the wagon the week before if I did not hit goal.
Anyway, I hope this, along with Curves 3 times a week and elipitcal workouts in between, will help me get out of the "obese" catergory. I have lost weight before, but the wrong way... eating 800 calories a day... no wonder I have gained it all plus some.
