Cool Here I go again....

I am at my all time high of 190 lbs. I just got married back in May and have managed to gain 10 lbs since then. I have joined WW online AGAIN and if I don't succeed I will try meetings. I SHOULD succeed... I KNOW it will work if I stick to it... but WHY don't I stick to it? The only time I have ever lost weight was when I did it to lose weight period, not to lose weight for an event. Because usually when I do that I really fall off the wagon the week before if I did not hit goal.

Anyway, I hope this, along with Curves 3 times a week and elipitcal workouts in between, will help me get out of the "obese" catergory. I have lost weight before, but the wrong way... eating 800 calories a day... no wonder I have gained it all plus some.

I just wanted to introduce myself.

Hello Christina! Is that one name... Christina Marie or is Marie your middle name? Thought I'd be nosy! My middle name is Marie.

either way, welcome back. I'm doing the online too and really enjoy it. I totally agree that you have to lose weight for yourself and not for some specific event, etc to really lose it. And I'm glad you realized that going so far below on calories isnt good for you. I can't tell you how many people still do that

Welcome back and feel free to share experiences, stressful moments, or just let everyone know if you did/didnt do what you intended to do to keep accountable to someone else.

Welcome! Yeah, 800 cal/day is not good! Unless under a dr's advise.

Hi I am doing the flex plan. I am actually starting full force Monday even though I am counting points already. 707 WOW you are brave to start the friday before Labor Day weekend! and you are already 6 lbs down that is awesome!
