im down to 177 I did hit 176.8 earlier this week but that wasnt what it said on friday lol. i dont know how much of a loss that was but still. not to bad.

I'm steady at 186.5 so far but I'm making some good changes. Also, It's my TOM so I'm happy with it.

I am now at 240lbs, for a loss of 32lbs since I started trying to lose weight in June of 2006. So happy to have found all of you nice people for support. Thank you for being here.

The General Weigh in threads are generally consistently popular, and usually get to be at least a couple of pages long. If I happen to miss making a post for whatever reason I generally get a few PM's asking what's up with that? I try not to disapoint people!

I started the month off with a one pound loss, for a new weight of 238 and was very happy to see it and make a mini 10 pound goal, which meant I got to redecorate my ticker.
