Hello all I am new to 3 fat chicks.
My sister and I are doing LA Weightloss together. I had done it 3 years ago with great success but.. I have gained back the weight.
So as my sister says I need to be POP again.
Problem is I lost all of my materials and now I can not figure out what plan I should be on or how many staches etc I should be losing.
I searched past threads but found nothing that fit quite right.
I weigh Ugghhhh 260 lbs and I want to get down to 180 by next June.
Any guiddance would be much appreciated. I think last time I was on the purple plan. I am meeting with a personal trainer and working out every day so atleast I have that going for me.
