Just maintaining right now. Basically because I've been spending too much time with my family, and they're too much into eating out at the wrong places and keeping junk on hand. I try to eat healthy when I'm there, but it's hard to eat healthy when there's a Boston creme pie on the counter, a box of sugar cookies, a package of cream puffs, and several containers of ice cream in the freezer. LOL
Anyway for today, I did 2 miles running in the park and 2 miles walking up the hill.
Breakfast: 2 whole wheat pancakes with sugar free syrup and half a banana
Snack: Peanuts in the park (what the squirrels didn't get)
Lunch: Turkey burger on wheat wrap and broccoli
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Salmon, steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, pineapple
Snack: Banana and raisins
