I guess I don't understand why you can't do the math (abnd saying this to be mean or rude)? You take the cal/fat/fiber x number of servigs for each ingredient; total up cal/fat/fiber all the ingredients and divide the cal/fat/fiber by the number of servings and then you have the nutritional information for each serving...utilizing your PointsFinder/Calculator/Slide you can get the points?
Sausage (are you sure it has that much fiber in it not that it makes a difference overall) - total cal/fat/fiber - 1000/85/9
Noodles - total cal/fat/fiber - 1260/7/42
Cheese - total cal/fat/fiber - 640/40/0
Sauce - total cal/fat/fiber - 300/3/12
Total for entire recipe in cal/fat/fiber - 3200/135/63
8 servings total cal/fat/fiber = 400/16.9/7.9 or 400 calories/17 fat/4 (out of the 8 fiber for use in figuring points) fiber
