Default Everyone Weigh In 07/20/06

It's our weekly general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me:189.5, up 1.5 pounds from last week. Not such a good week for me. I got transfered to 3rd shift, so now working 11pm to 7am, instead of 3pm to 11pm I had been doing. I've been tired all week, and a lot hungrier than I usually am. I did eat some extra, but not enough to account for this much of a weight gain. Things will even out, I am sure of it. Also, my in-laws gave us half a cow a couple of days ago. We've got a freezer full of about 250 to 300 pounds of beef. And I'm a semi- vegetarian, eating around 1 - 2 pounds of meat weekly on average. This is going to be a challenge in its own right as well.

Well, my ticker is still set at 145, but due to some gain during my vacation I decided not to update it until I've actually lost the gain and started to lose again! Anyway, I got up up to 149 a day or two after I got home from vacation, but I'm proud to say that this morning is 146.5! 1.5 more to go to match my ticker and 2 more to go to get down to my 144.5 on my S/C/G! I should get there by the end of next week--I've been eating very clean this week.

I'm not officially weighed in until Tuesday but today the scale says 299.5!!! I HOPE it stays there until tuesday... well, it can go lower if it wants to!

My weigh in is not until tomorrow morning but as of last Sunday I was 164 (managed to maintain on my weekend vacay - yay for me!). I'm hoping hoping hoping that I drop to 163 so I can update my ticker. My weight loss has been slow so I'm trying to switch things up to increase it a little. BTW, for those who care, my weight loss is 0.5 lb a week hence my calling it slow. I'd like to raise it to a lb a week.

YAY! I lost 0.5 lb which brings me to 163.5!! My ticker is not showing it but whatever. Makes me look better. Haha.

well today im at 188.0 so thats down from last week about 3lbs or so. i dont offically weigh in til monday but i figured id jump in now cause i work the weekend and may forget to come ontil tuesday. Im just happy to be losing weight. i havent lost anything til i joined this place and now im offically down 20lbs. yeye

well after losing three pounds last week I gain a pound this week. I am weird that way. I guess when next week role around I will lose two pounds.

It seems when my body does this one pound gain the next week I get to lose a bonus pound. I dunno. Call it crazy!

Yippee!!! The scale is moving again. Another pound gone. I know that it's not as impressive as what some of you have managed to lose this week, but it's how I lost the other pounds, so I'm not about to start complaining.

I changed my WI date to Fridays, since it allows me a little bit of wiggle room on the weekends without feeling horrible about a Monday WI. Yesterday I hit 191, down 2 pounds. WTG everyone on your losses, you're all doing great!

I weighed in Sunday at 187, which is two pounds down from last weeks blip upwards (though I know there ain't no way I had regained 3 pounds in one week - like ever!).

It's just one day prior to TOM and I had plenty of salt, so I'm guessing that pound (and more) will be gone by next weekend. There was also water retention from the workout mentioned below (and a good bit of stiffness and achey muscles)

PLUS - I spent 7 hours straight on Saturday scrubbing old wood floors on my hands and knees. I burned over 2,000 calories - and made myself a cool $84 bucks
