Hi everyone!! I'm new!
A little about me; I am 25 years old. Mommy to a 10 month ol little guy who is my world. I am new to the plus size world, though, have been overweight for quite some time. Before having a baby I was teetering on the L/XL and have now moved on up. I am sitting at a comfortable 16W and really wanting to do something about it!
For months I have been working on just getting my eating habits back to healthy and portion control, I figured that would be my first step... and now on to actual exercise, LOL. Yes, I have been stackly A LOT in that department, which I would say has contibuted to majority of my weight gain, along side the fact that while in college my diet had consisted of mostly liquor and cigarettes. Since graduating and getting a career, my eating habits have improved and any weight that I had lost (the wrong way with my HORRIBLE eating habits) has returned, and more.
I am looking for support, encouragement, and friends that actually understand.
