Question Anyone interested in starting a Callenetics challenge this month????

Good afternoon all!!!

I am having a real dizzy day today - it is really lovely outside and I am stuck in the office!!!!!!!!

I was wondering if anyone still does callenetics??? I know that it really does work well and was hoping that I could start a callenetics challenge for June!!!

It would be fab to have others do it too!!!

I am setting myself a challenge of 25 hours of callenetics for June.

I hope to get some replies and will keep everyone updated!!!!
cheers

have a look on amazon or ebay - I have the video and the book but it seems the video has gone missing... So I devised a workout plan from the book.
Let me know if you can find a copy!

Callan Pinkney (the one who "started" callanetics) has a site here: http://www.callanetics.com/

But it doesn't tell you a lot.
Try doing a Google image search. Type in Callanetics in images, and you'll see some examples of the exercises.

I can't find my book, but I found the video. It's been sitting atop the tv for over a week.
