being only and lbs away from my original goal and I was thinking 'hmm, how can I celebrate this long struggle as well as treating my family?' and I thought, hmm, Ill pick up pizza(here we neva do that, its an english thing) grr, Im ment to be leading by example that food isnt a reward!!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself hun...food is such a big part of our lives. And so often it is entangled in our lives with celebration. Birthday cakes, Holiday Dinner, Champagne on New Year etc...I think it is ok that you did this. However food should not ALWAYS be the reward for something...everything in moderation ya know.
