Low carb milk?
Is low-carb milk that's ninety calories a cup (but still five grams of fat) as healthy as skim milk? I love low-carb chocolate 2% (90% carb reduction, 90 cals a cup) and white 2% (75% carb reduction, also 90 cals a cup). I'm amazed that something so thick and chocolaty can have the same number of calories as something so much more watery and less sweet. I prefer the taste to skim, and its much creamier and thicker. Plus, I like the way it creams my coffee and makes thicker SF pudding. Is it somehow less "skinny milk" because of the fat, or would I lose the same amount of weight drinking this?
