Default Half Way to goal
Today, I finally hit the half way point to my goal. I've lost 83 lbs as of this morning and still wish to lose another 83 lbs. Also, according to Fitday, as of today, I'm at 39.99 BMI, and have gone from Extreme Obesity to Obesity. Weird to celebrate being obese, but it beats "extremely obese".

Tammy ~~ CONGRATULATIONS...That's so good what you have already accomplished! You really should be so proud of yourself and how far you have come so far! Do you like Fitday and do you use it every day? Good luck in your next journey to lose another 83 pounds...I know you CAN and WILL do this!!!

Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I don't post a lot, but 3FC is definitely a big part of my support and motivation.

Michelle, I do use Fitday (the PC version), although I don't *officially* calorie count. My food plan is somersizing, but I still like knowing how many calories I eat. I feel like I have more control over the entire process by counting calories and using Fitday
