Default I love WW!

Ok, I was struggling for a snack, I love ice cream... and so I save myself 2 points a day that I can use to have a WW ice cream sandwich as my nighttime snack. I made a rule for myself that I can only have this ice cream if I haven't gone over my points for the day (if I've used my "extra points" I've probably splurged enough) and if I meet the "nutritional goals" I've set for the week. I had no idea how much motivation this was for me! Almost a week in and I've only not had my ice cream one one day!!

I'm already feeling much better! I don't have a stomach ache all the time, I'm eating much healthier foods! (Trying to stick to the "core" list while counting points at the same time.)

Today I discovered WW yogurt too!! I don't drink milk, never have... so I need a way to get in dairy and calcium. I found the WW yogurt (and smoothies) that are 1 point!! Talk about delicious!

I know, I sound like an advertisement... but I'm just so darn excited!

I know how you feel! I'm on week 5 now and finally getting the hang of it and actually enjoying what I *CAN* eat instead of moaning about what I can't.

Another couple of good, low point treats - WW ice cream cones and WW Fidgsicle thingys. Both are very good.

If you haven't met your fruit/veg for the day, a serving of fruit with 1/2cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt with a sprinkle of cinamon is really yummy and only 2pts.

I usually have some fruit or Orville Redenbacher 94% fat free popcorn (100 calorie pack at night) They are both about 2 points. I love salty snacks, so the popcorn fill the spot for me.

i love the WW yogurt too! (raspberry is my personal favorite). in addition to the WW ice cream sandwiches, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are only 2 points, and rich, rich rich. i love them!

sounds like you're doing great! the more excited you are about the program, the more likely you will stick with it (and i know you will!!), so advertise away!

I love skinny cow, but at our store the WW ones are cheaper, and the only skinny cow they carry is vanilla So I will have to stock up on them next time I find them in a different flavor!

If you like chocolate as much as I do, be careful with those, lol. I love the chocolate ones, but can't have them in the house. Don't ask how I know this, lol.

I'll have to keep an eye out for those ice cream sandwhichs and yogurts. Do you think (Super) Walmart will have them?
