breakfast- bottle of ensure, biscuit, cup of skim milk, and whole grain cinnamon cereal
lunch- a turkey, lettuce, and tommato sub sandwich, green apple, skim milk, and whole grain sun chips
snack- whole grain triscuit (about 10-12), and a couple peices of bite size italian multi grain bread
dinner- a bowl of spagetti (only it wasnt the string kind, it was the rectangular shaped kind)
A LOT OF WATER
I was so bloated by the end of the day. The only reason I did it was because my doctor said I needed to gain a few more pounds and I always stress out and over eat when my doctor says that. I'm going to go back on track tommorrow. I need my perfect stomach soon!
Sweetlovin, I'm sorry you had a binge. I was looking at your pics on another thread... you look fabulous! You know, my daughter was a little "potty" (which I don't think you are at all!) at 14, but now (at 16), she's evened right out. Sometimes it's just baby-fat.
Someone suggested dancing... I think that's a great idea! Fun and good exercise!
