hahaa, yet another non-seafood person here! I can handle some fish, but definitely no shrimp

Last night we had Healthy Choice smoked sausage (basically keilbasa) cut up into little pieces with a box of frozen chopped broccoli and grape jelly/chili sauce--YUM!

Tonight's looking like boneless, skinless chicken breast cut up with broccoli cole slaw cooked in the crockpot with a sesame marinade

jilly i love that HC smoked sausage....they did have turkey kielbasa in VT but not here unfortunately. I had never tried it with your combination but it is really yummy in zatarain's jambalaya mixed rice.

That looks amazing, Daisy! I'm definitely a seafood lover - which is good since I live on Vancouver Island... no seafood for me tonight, though - spicy chicken enchiladas instead. I did have fresh oysters and a bluefin tuna steak last night, though!

I agree. I love Zatarain's jambalaya, and it tastes just as yummy with the HC sausage!
