I am adding this last because I was up late that night so my day is a little messed but here is my best guess for the day... although it will probably end up totally different
B - yogurt, go learn krunch, milk
S- protein shake (not sure if I will mix it frozen with frozen fruit, or just drink normal....)
L- perhaps a sandwitch of some kind... maybe some soup
S- green grapes?
D- mmmm not so sure... maybe some chicken and veggies and rice
I will try and drink at least 1 liter of water today (really bad at drinking it when I am not working) and today I will take a break from exercising.
