Talking Hurray for yardwork!

I did two hours of yardwork today (raking, pruning, bending over and scooping stuff) and earned *8* activity points That's what the activity tracker at WW.com told me. And there's plenty more to be done, that's for sure!

Good job KimmieKat63!

I like your goals - no diabeties/BP meds. I have been on weight watchers since September 2005 and I have lost 26 1/2 lbs. My ultimate goal is 50 lbs. My other goals are to get off my anxiety meds and blood pressure meds. As of January I weaned myself off the anxiety meds and it is going really well. A week ago my doctor told me I could wean off my blood pressure meds. When I went in my bp was 90/68. They said since I lost the weight and exercise everyday, I could probably be without. That is the best news!

So one way I motivate myself to exercise everyday is knowing I don't have to medicate myself to feel better.

I think this week it is supposed to be in the 70s in Michigan and maybe I can use your advise on the yard work exercise. Thanks for the tip!
