Well I just wanted to update all of you that took the time to help me out. I did some research of my own and with all your ladies help I think I may be getting it. I put myself on a 1900 daily intake and the scale is showing good results. I sometimes am a bit over and sometimes I am under but just keeping a close eye on what I have been eating is really helping! I like having a guideline and limit. I just wanted you all to know I really appreciate your help! I even made it into a new number group this week! I weighed in at 159 this week! I am getting closer every week to my goal.
