Question Hello and siggy question

Let me start by saying hello I'm Michele and have been lurking here for about a month now. When i was here the other night I saw someones siggy that was really motivation to me but now i cant find it. In the siggy she was saying how much money she put away for losing weight for new clothes like so much per pound if anyone knows which one im thinking of i'd love to see it again to get a better idea of how she did it.

Ohhhhhhh I should know that as I took on her idea and started paying myself so much for certain things and am using it for mad money for my cruise. But I can't believe I can't remember who it is!! She inspired me too and I just took her idea and developed my own plan.... $5 for every pound lost, $.50 for passing up a treat at work... all kinds of stuff. Hope she sees this and responds, or someone else knows!!!

Oh and - so glad you decided to come out of lurksville!

Thank you for the welcome I'm hoping she sees it too just the way she put it I thought was so great. What other incentives do you give yourself?

Every pound lost 5.00 "$5 bonus every 10 pounds"
10,000 steps walked 1.00 "$1 bonus 50,000; $5 bonus 100,000"
15 mins. housecleaning 0.50
20 minutes non-walking exercise 0.50
Carrying out garbage bag 0.50 (LOL I live on third floor)
Bottle water drank 0.25
Skipping treats 0.50
Taking vitamin, cinn, calcium 0.25
"Sticking with plan each week Starts Sat" 5.00
Making 21-Day Goal 10.00
Wearing my too small underwear 5.00
Every too small top, pants or skirt I fit into 2.00
Blood Pressure 130/80 25.00 "1.00 bonus every day it hits that"
Cleaning out refrigerator 20.00
