It theoretical for me because I'll be posing all my crazy theories to my Internist today!

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and banana

Lunch: Oatmeal with skim, splenda and fresh strawberries

Dinner: Enrico's Minestrone soup minus the pasta; Marinara over ww angel hair with broiled chicken and mushrooms.

Dessert: SF/FF cheesecake pudding with fresh strawberries with splenda and 2T FF cool whip.
