I haven't posted in awhile, but just wanted to pop in, I've been cheat free since I began again on Jan 28 and as of today I'm down 26 lbs. And thrilled. I love this WOE and I love these boards.
That is awsome. What plan are you doing? I am going to try the Atkins. I didn't buy the book but was wondering if I could just follow the website list of acceptable foods, do you know? Well keep up the good work. I just love this site it is awesome.

ftsangel: I'd go buy the book. The website has more lenient rules on what's acceptable to eat (like the bars, shakes, etc). Make sure to read it well (even though you'll probably still have TONS of questions--that's normal) before starting.
