Default salad dressing confusion

OK...I need some clarification here. Are we supposed to eat light dressings or not? I've read a lot and for some reason, this is one thing I just can't figure out!!

Nope! Lots of "light dressings" have stuff added to replace the fat.

Thanks Ruth! I kinda figured this was what it was but I just wasn't sure. I much prefer the full fat (naturally) and don't use that much anyway. The lights are just OK and the fat free...well ick!!
