Smash each cube between 2 slices pepperoni. Seriously, just try it. Everyone I've suggested this too raves about it. Creamy, salty, spicy and very satisfying. It keeps me full when I need a quick snack between meals as it's very high in protein.
Sounds really good! So each snack is 83 calories. I found a garlic and herb Laughing Cow at Trader Joes that is really good. Never tried turkey pepperoni.
The garlic and herb is great...I smash one and spread it in my sandwiches for a ton of flavor - no mayo or cheese slices needed! But there's something about the cute little 7 calorie cubes that I just love. The Turkey Pepperoni is by Hormel and is found in almost all supermarkets in the deli meat section.
I always keep both the slices and the cubes around...if I start to get that creeping "I'm bored, what's in the fridge" feeling, I know I can have one or two of these and I am better satiated. I mean, each little "sandwich" is about 17 calories.
hey where u from schadenfreude? IAm german Noticed ure Nick !!
I'm German too, even though my sig says Average American, haha
For snacks, I like plopping slices of cucumber on reduced-fat Triscuits with a tiny bit (just enough to taste) of pimento sandwich spread. Or one of my favorite things to do with Triscuits is make mini pizzas. Spread them with a little pizza sauce, then top them with onions and/or banana pepper and/or whatever pizza-type topping I'm in the mood for, then sprinkle them with fat-free mozzarella cheese, then pop them in the microwave just long enough to get the cheese melted.
hmmmmm those sounds good,,,I havent followed a real diet in YEARS!! Never had a problem...
So I start off slow.....watching what I eat...LOADS more exsersice and so far it really bites re-training myself. Iam ALWAYS HUNGRY.....I just hate being hungry..I tried water....fruits,,,,cant have nuts....yougurts right now is all I have left lol

I've always wanted to go to Germany. Some of my relatives still live there somewhere, although I haven't talked to any of them in years.
I was born and raised in the U.S., so although my blood is German, I'm still an American
I never learned the language, although I should have. My grandmother used to cuss us kids out in German whenever she'd get mad at us. We couldn't understand what she was saying (which is why she spoke German so we wouldn't have to listen to profanity, lol) but we knew she was p.o.'d!
