Thumbs up here i go again
well of i went last thursday back to sw ,i have been back wards and forwards for many years , this time i have given up the fags to and now got even more to loss . excercise must be the answer this time,so armed with new books new mag i set to have a good week lots of new dishes lots of water and lots of walking , go back tomorrow lets hope its a good one

I know the feeling, sickeningly I lost 3 stone a few years back and now have all that to lose again plus a bit more. Good luck!

Me too. 2004 half a pound off my 3 and half stone sticker at sw. I then went away for the weekend put on about 5 pounds and didn't go back...

thank you every one, just back from class lost five pound this week a good start . dont seem so bleak now i have started and i won slimmer of the week so got a sticker on my book .
