I've decided to start posting my meals - hopefully this will help me stay on track!
Breakfast: Cup of Tea w/ skim milk
Snack: Oatmeal w/ skim and brown sugar twin
Lunch: Couscous Salad & homemade tomato soup, glass of milk
snack: Orange
Supper: Pasta w/ homemade (core) pesto
snack: fresh pineapple (mmm i love pineapple).
