Has anyone tried the 10 Minute Solution DVD's?
I have the Bootcamp one. The 10 minute solution DVD's have 5 different segments of 10 minutes each. For instance, the Kickboxing bootcamp one has like an allover body workout, abs, buns and thighs, and I can't remember the other two without looking. My sister bought the Pilates one. I am interested in the original just 10 minute solution. I understand it has a variety, such as Pilates, Ballet moves, and three others.
Has anyone tried these? What do you think of them for quickie work outs? I watched and did part of the Buns/Thighs ones off my bootcamp one today. I had already been to Curves this a.m. and walked 1 1/2 miles, so my legs were screaming (I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome, so I have to be careful not to over do it). So, I only did a couple of minutes. Then I watched the rest of that segment. It's pretty tough, for me, anyway, as I haven't built up much muscle or stamina yet. But I'm working on it. I am really trying to get in more leg exercises to build up my muscles to walk the 5K (3.1 miles) on the 18th of February. I did the 1 1/2 miles (halfway) today and that was tough. I want to try and walk everyday, and build up to the 3.1 mile mark before the big day, but that's less than three weeks away! Yikes!
I figured the buns and thighs would be good for this, and it feels like it will be.
Anybody doing any of these? What do you think of them?
Thanks.
