Default Tuesday's Tidbits Menu, January 31, 2006

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and a banana

Lunch:

Snack:

Dinner: Core Chicken Fried rice with water chestnuts, pea pods, and green onions

I'll have to edit later. This is all I know right now.

Oatmeal w/ skim, stevia, raspberries, 1t oil
tea
orange
ff yogurt w/stevia, cinnamon
Quinoa, roasted pepper/summer squash, lamb
herb tea
1/8 c nuts 2pts
sf candy 1pt
banana
butternut squash w/1t oil, salt & pepper
banana

and dinner will be beef stew (yum!) and pudding for dessert.

This is my second day back on Core (had been doing flex) and it feels much easier this time.
