I'm having a hard time find a vitamin book that fits my needs.
I want it to explain (briefly) why each vitamin is important.
Then I want the rest of the book to be a food counter (either listed by food or listed by vitamin). The problem is the counters I find are too limited. They only display cal, etc. then 4 vitamins. I want a more complete vitamin overview. A-Z
Even having a chapter on each Vitamin and having a good comprehensive list of foods would be okay. Of course since I'm a calorie counter, that info is a plus but my concern really is a good way to find a good list of foods under each vitamin (not just a 10 line excerpt).
One problem with having just a few foods listed is I want to bring a variety of food in my diet and I want to have a choice (in case I don't like half the list).
Any recommendations?
