Have you tried logging what you eat somewhere like Fitday
... or better still: at nutritiondata.com
Both are free and they will add up the cals for you, and also break down %s protein, etc.
Maybe that was part of a day's worth, or summat, but if not - it's unlikely you could lose (or sustain if you did) eating so little. Maybe you need to know your Basal Metabolic Rate, find it in the tools of most weight loss sites.
Then make sure you NEVER eat below that # in calories, rarely over it.
Tracking what you eat on a site like FitDay or nutritiondata means you learn to substitute healthier choices (255 cal on a sausage roll? is that really a good idea!?!) At first you have to feed in a lot of custom foods - as they are not built for people in the UK - but after a while it's fast to use.
I think you need to eat more and check out nutritiondata's healthy choices diet - costs nothing - and for everyting you think of eating, it will suggest healthier alternatives in order for you to make changes more easily.
