So this is what I ate yesterday...
fat-free yogurt and an all bran bar for breakfast
many many many mini gingerbread men cookies (so addictive and so good, damn my roommate for leaving them on the table!!)
a chicken sandwich, no sauce with a garden salad, no dressing, from wendy's for lunch
for dinner? well.... approximately half a large bag of corn chips
an apple
and much later... the contents of an entire can of tuna and a piece of processed cheese
The day before wasn't so great either... it involved many, many more of those gingerbread cookies as well as popcorn I didn't need...
In my defense, this was the result of having three essays due in the same day!! And I finished them all!
I'm gonna go hand them in today and NEVER think about them again! I hope I can keep the right frame of mind today and get back on track. Good luck today everyone!
