So this is what I ate yesterday...

fat-free yogurt and an all bran bar for breakfast
many many many mini gingerbread men cookies (so addictive and so good, damn my roommate for leaving them on the table!!)
a chicken sandwich, no sauce with a garden salad, no dressing, from wendy's for lunch
for dinner? well.... approximately half a large bag of corn chips
an apple
and much later... the contents of an entire can of tuna and a piece of processed cheese

The day before wasn't so great either... it involved many, many more of those gingerbread cookies as well as popcorn I didn't need...

In my defense, this was the result of having three essays due in the same day!! And I finished them all! I'm gonna go hand them in today and NEVER think about them again! I hope I can keep the right frame of mind today and get back on track. Good luck today everyone!

Well it is always a hard thing for me to do personally, but it sounds like you have the hang of taking it one day and even one moment at a time. After I polished off those ginger bread men I would have continued my bad eating spree for the rest of the day. Here is to you for being able to jump back on that wagon and finish out the rest of the day reasonably well.

Thanks cambri, it really is the best feeling when you finally get an essay done you've been dreading.

stephie, it's hard for me too actually, and I wouldn't say that I've gotten the hang of taking it one moment at a time, considering I ate soooooooooo many corn chips later on. But I am trying my best to get into that mindset whenever I can. It's hard! But we'll keep on truckin.

The day's been pretty good so far for me, hope it continues that way.
