Default Changing to Core Plan

Can anyone give advice about using Core successfully? I have Flex ever since I started, but something's gotta change. I have regained 8 pounds since Thanksgiving.

For you Core people, what do you do for breakfast and snacks?

Thanks in advance. Hope all of you are well.

Elana I have regained ten pounds so I am totally feeling your pain. I too have thought about trying core. Let me know how it goes! I am kicking up the intensity of my exercise. Hope this works

Default So far, so good

The WW Territory Manager happened to be at the Thurs. AM meeting when I went for my WI. I had a long orientation session with her about Core and I took a bunch of notes. When I went to the store, I bought another hot cereal (with flax and triticale) and even more fresh produce. She advised me to eat my activity points, and that it's OK to have peanut butter toast on a day where I am very active.

I had an absolutely AWESOME karate/boxing class (first time) at the Y today. I can't believe how much fun it was! Made my regular kickboxing seem like a quiet stroll in the park.
