Hmmm - no menu thread yet!

My plan:

Breakfast: lf cottage cheese mixed w/strawberry jam, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO teriyaki shrimp, wild rice, broccoli
fruit salad

Snack: yogurt, apple or clementines

Dinner: minute steaks - probably w/onions, peppers, mushrooms in tomato sauce - w/steamed cauliflower and baked squash
fresh pineapple and strawberries

Snack: milk
