Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in (banana muffin!)

Lunch: Core meatloaf and mashed potatoes

Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple (I never ate it last night)

Dinner: No idea. I keep asking Jim and he keeps saying he doesn't know.

Well, I just realized that today is the one year anniversary of our car accident. Jim and I talked about how lucky we are that we were not seriously hurt. Most days my elbow is now fine. I just have to baby it a bit. Sadly, we are still paying on the phantom totalled car! Still and all, we are VERY grateful.

breakfast: banana, one piece of lite rye w/ smear of butter (pts.)
late breakfast: oatmeal w/ applesauce and ff milk
lunch: beans and tomatoes and couscous
dinner: loin of pork and small potato and green beans
snack: clementine, popcorn
good luck today! It's a busy time of the year. Sticking to Core gets us where we want to be!!!!
