Snack: 1 apple, sf/ff yogurt

Dinner: steaks in fridge probably w/sauteed mushrooms and onions, baked potato and broccoli

I'm all packed up and ready to go, so this is DEFINITELY what I'm having. It's either this or go hungry.

B: cheerios (Core-enough) and milk
L: broccoli cheese soup*
D: rotisserie chicken, corn and more milk

Sn (if needed): 1/2 PB sandwich, carrots and dill dip, celery and cream cheese

*we had broccoli for dinner tonight, so I took some of the LO, added milk and a slice of cheese and melted it, heated the whole thing up, added some salt and pepper and voila! Broccoli cheese soup! And the best part is -- I tasted it and it's GOOD!!

Okay - I'm seeing a hot cereal/oatmeal trend here (Kathy please get with the program!) - bring on the oatmeal and bananas!

OK, so I'm thinking it's impossible for me to eat core. I eat too many points. I mean, look at what I ate. It's healthy, just not all core. And I'm way over 5 pts/day rule that I try to go by. I don't know what to do!

be strong, melissa. you are armed with new recipes and can defeat the old eating monster in you. i'm working at doing the same. we'll get this done. one reason i came back to core was so i could eat till satisfied. archery tournaments are coming up and i can't be weak from hunger. i've had 4 wpa's today. we're all right. we will do better each day.

thank you for restarting core. you know i followed your lead.
