We've add a nutrition database for our readers, and we also included the pts for each item. Since your plan allows for some free foods, then you can ignore the pt value that shows up on any vegetables or other foods that you don't usually have to count. Just follow your plan. We also list pts by exact value (2.7, 4.3, etc) so you can round up, down, or to the half point since we know many WW members count half points instead of whole. We hope this will be helpful for you all
We are using the most recent release of the USDA database, which is what all of the nutrition sites use. We will also be adding more brand name foods and restaurant foods to it, to make it even bigger and better!
