Default I found better bars to replace Lites!

So, I was shopping for Luna bars only to find that my Wal-Mart doesn't have them in boxes but in singles of only two flavours. Anyway, I was looking down the aisle for other bars and I found these Kinetix bars instead. Cheaper, more protein, less far and calories...I was like, wow...these could be way better than the Luna bars. At $12.88 CDN a box of 7, why not?! Bought them and they were reallly good, Similar in texture, size and taste as the La Lites. If you know about these bars, good or bad...REPLY! Here's the nutritional info:

Kinetex - Chocolate Peanut Crisp

Calories 170
Fat 4g

Cholesterol 2mg
Sodium 320mg
Potassium 55mg
Carbohydrate 17g
Protien 17g

How do they compare? plz reply...

They have about 4X's the sodium that the LA Lites have.

2X's the amount of protein, so you would have more protein than you are allowed on the plan.

Price per bar is $1.84 Canadian, $1.58 US. Much more than what I paid for my Lites.

Just my two cents.

hi, i checked them out tonight in the walmart i go to, and took alone one of my lites, and the calories were the same but protien was more and so was the sodium. Im not sure how much everyone else pays for a box of lites, but here in canada if we buy one box at a time from the center it works out to 19.99 plus tax per box that has 7 bars in it.
