Alright, here ya go:
Breakfast: 1/2 PB sandwich on WhWh bread, milk
Snack: triscuits and swiss cheese
Lunch: 1/2 tuna sandwich on WhWh bread
Snack: carrots and dill dip
Dinner: a big salad with shrimp, strawberries, feta and B-V dressing, milk
And I'm proud to report that I've had FIVE bottles of water today!
