New to exercise so I am going to say 700 minutes.

Goal- 700 minutes
Minutes so far- 702!!! Beat my goal by 2 min. I'm so excited because I really just started exercising the end of Nov. Yeah me!

Dec 1 - 60 minutes (step class)
Dec 2 - 60 minutes Circuit + Abs class
Dec 3 -NONE (Sick baby)
Dec 4 -120 minutes- 60 minute Pilates (hated it), 60 minuted Belly Dancing (LOVED IT)
Dec 5 - 80 minutes- 20 minutes eliptical, 60 minuted Max Muscle class
Dec 6 - SICK
Dec 7 - SICK
Dec 8 - 30 Minutes fitness swimming class (got there late and had to start as a "true" beginner, but at least I showed up. ONE MORE SQUARE OFF MY BINGO!)
Dec 9 - 50 minutes- got up early and went to Cycling at 6 am (required for my bingo card)
Dec 10 - 70 minutes, swimming laps then Water Works
Dec 11 - 75 minutes total, 30 minutes cardio (bike and eliptical), 45 minutes yoga class
Dec 12 - 80 minutes- 30 minutes elipical, 50 minutes Max Muscle class
Dec 13 - 60minutes- step class

Dec 1 - power shopping for Christmas party at work - lots of walking and packing things around - good work out for 2 hours

Dec 3 - christmas shopping 2 hours

Dec 7 - moving aunt's boxes into storage 1 hour - just about froze my butt off.

Dec 8 - moving aunt's boxes into storage 1 hour

Dec 9 - lunch walk 3/10 mile 11 min

Dec 10 - shopping for 4 hours and man am I tired but not counting at exercise as it was pretty slow walking with mom

Dec 11 - church cookie duty 1 hour

Dec 12 - none

Dec 13 - none sick

Dec 14 - none sick

Dec 15 - none sick

Dec 16 - none sick

Dec 17 - none sick
