If you weighed today and say you gained it all back,and all you did was go OP yesterday, don't worry. Most of that is probably water. You can't really gain 5 "real" pounds over night.
Get in soem extra water today, get back OP, have some warm lemon water tonight and you should loose some of that water in the morning. If you are really worried, next week you can try TO. I think you shouldn't do it more than every other week, and if last week was your first week, you should wait until next week to do it.
Don't worry, it is probably not as bad as you think, but for me if I don't get back on track right away I slip further and further away.
