I had my bodyfat measured today after 6 weeks. I was pleased to have lost 1.5%, and my bodyfat is now below 30% (not by much, but just the fact that it is makes me happy ). I was shooting for at least a 1% loss so I'm really pleased. The scale weight is pretty much unchanged, but that's okay at this point. I'm not sure how often to get it measured, though--maybe I should wait two months this next time?
That's awesome that you went over your expectations!! I don't test my body fat or anything, so I wouldn't know how far in between you should wait. As long as something's changing, even though it's not the scale, you know you're kicking butt!
Way to go! I had mine done and the trainer couldn't figure it out...she kept coming up with silly numbers like 22 and 24% I will be soooooooo happy when it's within that range, but have to say it's more like 34%
I had it done with calipers and also with an electronic scan.
