Hello everyone, I am new to the site and really looking forward to have other people to talk to about the ups and downs of trying to lose weight. I have been on the south beach diet since the middle of august. So far so good. I have to say this is one of the easier diets I have tried. Not sure if its because I was really ready this time too lose the weight or what. Looking forward to meeting and talking with everyone.
