Hey there I thought i would put this here seeing as im in the uk and the other board seems to be mostly US people.

I'm 20 year old from edinburgh who has been battling weight for a long time. I'm now 192lbs and looking to go to 150lb but feel i could do with a lil support.
Does anyone have about the same to lose or near the same age and want support back.

Hello! I'm 22, I want to get to 150 ish lbs eventually! I'm trying to get there slowly! I started off lots heavier than you. It can be done, it can it can, I think the biggest thing for me was realising that MacD's and BK and KFC is really junk. It's just not good food and really, when you've been eating healthy, it doesn't taste good either!

I also recommend exercise! Make friends with your local gym/pool/exercise class. Cultivate a crush on the cute gym instructor/kickboxing instructor *dribble*

Welcome aboard, we're all one another's buddies here, I am 33 (how did that happen???) but act about 12, so if your add the two together and average it out I am the same age as 2frustrated!!!!

I am enormouser than you, about 209. But I even more enormouser at the beginning of the year!!!!
