I find that I'm thinking about food all the time. Not obsessing or "dying" to eat, but constantly planning meals and snacks. But, I feel more in control, so that's good!
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with peppers and onions and lf cheese and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. Oh and my lovely orange "juice" (aka Metamucil)
My snack now is califlower, broccoli, green peppers, cherry tomatoes and one wedge of light laughing cow (love that stuff)
Lunch is a salad with leftover garlic lime chicken
Afternoon snack is more veggies
Dinner tonight is parmesan tilapia and a salad...
So, what cha eatin' today?!??!
