Thumbs up Truly Core Tuesday Menu, 10/18/05

Trying to plan ahead!

B: slice of sourdough bread (pts?)
L: chicken noodle soup (2 pts); salad
S: applesauce
D: hamburgers, rice w/ black beans, corn
S: slim a bear (2 pts); popcorn w/ ranch seasoning

Trying to be core-like?

Breakfast: raisin bran cereal w/milk, decaf w/light cream

Snack: banana

Lunch: Froufie soup, cut up veggies w/dip
grapes

Snack: 1/2 c lf appleberry cottage cheese cup

Dinner: Probably roast chicken in fridge, baked sweet potato, broccoli

snack:??

Frouf, Melissa, and P.A., congrats on the weight lost! My WI is tomorrow, but I've had a good week so I'm hopeful.

l.tuna w/ff mayo, celery, + lite fiber Engl. muffin (1 pt)
s. apple
dinner chicken, couscous, milk sauce, carrots
snack fruit (I'll be at a mtg. with delicious desserts--so I'll need to be strong)

Lunch: FF Feta Cheese eggbeater omelet

Snack: Cottage cheese and peaches

Dinner: Don't know

Snack: The popcorn I didn't have last night
