I'm a newbie to 3FC. No stranger to diets though. I've tried everything from weight watchers to the blood group diet and all the weird and wonderful things in between
I'm 26 (just turned over the weekend), 5'5 and my measurements are 36-29-43.
I've decided to stop weighing myself as I'm going to start weight training and will probably weigh more than I do already. I'm looking forward to giving any advice or support I can.
